This is the newspaper that came out of our wall. April Fools Day 1917. My Grandfather would have been six years old. Five Days before the United States entered World War One. And the dresses! Oh my! -Polly

- Hello. Welcome to my studio blog. I am an artist, a Mom and wife. I also consider myself a career artist though I work at other things most days. I studied textile design at the Rhode Island School of Design. After graduating, I began weaving fine scarves. Next I added a husband, some great kids, and a few too many animals to the mix. Now I try to balance artwork, job-work, family life, and some athletic aspirations. This blog is my own record of studio projects in progress, and some of the diversions that slow me down.
