Over the River and Through the Snow

 Two days and two drives to visit two houses full of Grandparents and Family.  There was some snow, there was some cake.  All was good and Merry. -Polly  

Christmas Here, Christmas Now.

I made a big impression on these birds yesterday.  It was short lived however. Within two minutes they were back on the ground, having come to some unanimous decision about me.  Perhaps they figured that I meant them no harm.  More likely, they determined that I was too slow and earthbound to cause alarm.
Both are true really, but sometimes it is good to cause a stir. -Polly
